and shearing station using hydraulic cylinder piston, the working
piston placed in pedestal automatically control the loading
procedure according to predetermined load、loading rate、keeping load
time; horizontal electro-hydraulic servo loading system exerts
horizontal load according test standards, there are load sensor and
displacement equipped at piston rod head, which can real-timely and
precisely measure and control load and displacement, the height of
shear plate can be easily adjusted by motor; the vertical servo
loading system equipped at press plate front-end exerts load
upwards, at the same time measure turning angle. this series of products consist of main frame, shearing force
stander、turning angle loading mechanism、mobile press table car、fore

construction, microcomputer based control mode, which can

products can do anti-compressing elasticity modulus test,
anti-shearing elasticity modulus test, anti-shearing welding
performance test, anti-shearing aging test, friction coefficient
test, corner turning test, compressive ultimate strength test of
bridge neoprene pad. there are internally installed two testing programs for plate form
neoprene pad’s anti-compressing elasticity modulus test and
anti-shearing elasticity modulus test, the two test can be
accomplished automatically, printing report also can be
